From the material weight of your model and the material you choose, plus shipping and 18% GST. Premium colours (silk, matte, sparkle and similar) cost a little more and the price shows it before you accept. The instant figure is an estimate; the exact price you lock in includes supports and is fixed once you accept it.

Yes, every quote includes 18% GST. While our GST registration is being completed it is shown as part of the price; once registered, your invoice shows it as a GST line for the same total.

Yes. Pick “Help me choose”, tell us how the part will be used, and we recommend a material, colour, layer quality and printer from our Bambu Lab P1S / P2S farm.

We don’t promise a fixed number of days. Your dispatch date comes with the exact quote, read from our live print schedule, and we confirm it again when the job is approved to print. If anything moves it, you hear from us first.

Small orders are paid in full when you accept the quote. Orders of ₹2,000 and above are split: an advance that covers the material and machine time for your job (never less than 40% of the total), and the balance before dispatch. Both amounts are on the quote and the invoice; pay by UPI or bank transfer with no gateway fees, or by card through the store checkout link.

Before your job is scheduled on a printer we refund the advance, minus any material already used on test prints. Once it is scheduled or printing, the advance stays with the job and the balance is not charged. If a print fails on our side, we reprint it at no cost; if we can’t complete the job, you get a full refund.

Yes. Pick up in Nashik is free; finished prints ship across India. Shipping is ₹80 for small parcels and free above ₹2,000 of printing.
